Despite having an amateurish design and having to update every page of the website manually, the father and son pair stuck at it and as the internet and the gaming industry grew, so did the popularity of Cheat Masters - it had outgrown their internet service provider - a dedicated domain name was needed and prompty purchased.

The website went from strength to strength. They learnt new skills to ensure Cheat Masters stayed ahead of the competition. New designs were added regularly, and more efficient methods of adding to and updating the cheats were put in place for what was now thousands of computer and video games! Thousands of regular visitors now relied on them for their gaming success and they didn't disappoint.

In 2001, Cheat Masters changed ownership. An american internet developer had come across the website many times, and got in touch with the founders at a time where their interest was running low and a deal was agreed - Cheat Masters was sold, and is still owned and operated by that particular buyer today.

The new owner brought new skills to benefit Cheat Masters and quickly set out to improve what was already a big, well-established and much loved cheats resource. New gaming platforms were covered and the efficiency of the website as a whole was improved dramatically and improvements are constantly being made to this day.

Fourteen years old, CheatMasters.com remains one of the best known websites amongst today's gamers and is the first place people think of whenever they're stuck, whenever they've tried as often as they can, whenever they're just bored - and want to get to that fun part.
