First, u should have the pokemon that u wanna clone in your party, fly to BATTLE FRONTIER and go to BATTLE TOWER. Go to the PC in the tower and deposite the pokemon that u wanted to clone, then save the game. After u have saved the game, withdraw it and talk to the lady who lets u go to MULTI LINK BATTLE in the last roll. Choose OPEN LEVEL and select 3 pokemon. When she asks u to save the game before entering, say YES, it will stop for a few seconds , and when the game says to overight the game, say NO, then turn the game off. When u turn it on again u will see that u're in front of the MULTI LINK lady, check in u're party and u will find that the pokemon that u wanned to clone is in u're party and another one is in the box that u deposited in the pokemon that u cloned.
This trick works with... poke ball, great ball, net/dive (ball some times) and ultra ball! now this is a very advanced trick you better have a good eye and ear if you don't and,or if you make a mistake it will break! okay you listing to me blab now lets git on with it when thow the ball and it opens hit ab and wen ever it bounces ab wen it stops bouncing wait (tricky part) then when it moves ab and when its going to spark ab (note you press ab at the same time) this trick works about 90% percent of the time!
P.S. it works best with ultra ball !

In-game reset:
Press A + B + Start + Select during game play.
Get to Battle Frontier:
To get to the Battle Frontier, you must defeat the Elite Four with Pokemon only with your I.D. number. After you defeat them, you will get a ticket from your father to get to the Battle Frontier. The Battle Frontier is another region with fourteen more badges to collect.
There are seven gyms in the Battle Frontier. The seven gyms are the Battle Tube, Battle Dome, Battle Factory, Battle Arena, Battle Palace, Battle Pyramid, and Battle Tower. Each gym has two badges to collect.
Get to Sooptopolis:
To get into this city you must dive underwater. Look for this city on your Pokenav. When you get close to Sooptopolis, dive.
Get to Southern Island:
Southern Island is where you get the opposite bird. If you chose Latios, you will find Latias here and vice versa. You need the Eon Ticket to have access to this island.
Johto starters:
After finishing the full 202 Pokemon of Hoenn, Professor Birch will call you on your Pokenav and say that he wants to give you a surprise. You can now choose one of the three Johto starters (Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile).
Original starters:
By winning the Battle Frontier completely (Gold and Silver) and talk to Birch. He will give you one of your choice.
Mystery Gift option:
Enter any Pokemon Mart and go to the clipboard that is by the shop keeper on the counter. Take the survey and enter in the words "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL". The man will then alert you that you can now have access to the Mystery Gift option, after saving. To make it easier to find the word you are looking for, press Select, which will take you to A-Z mode, then select the a letter to bring up a list of words, beginning with the first letter of the word that it begins with.
Beldum:
Because Wallace is the champion, you must fight Steven. Steven is inside Meteor Falls. When you enter, go up the waterfall and into the door. Next, go down the ladder, then go to the ladder in the south. Now, go inside the nearby door. Steven should be to the right. REMEMBER: If you are going to battle him, you can defeat him with Water, Ice (for Cradily), and Fire types for most of his Pokemon. He has Pokemon over level 70. .After you defeat him, go to his house in Mossdeep to get the Beldum.
Castform:
Defeat the rival team at the Weather Institute.
Deoxys:
Like previous games, Deoxys has its own form in this game. It is the Speed form. It can only be found on Birth Island. The Aurora Ticket is required.
Ditto:
You can catch Ditto, but only after beating the Elite Four. Go to the Desert Underpass. It is only in the middle.
Groudon:
Go back to the weather institute. Talk to the man again. He will tell you where Groudon is found. You might need HM03 Surf. Go to the route where he is and go inside. You will find Groudon in the Terra cave.
To get groundon/kyogre trade from ruby/shapire
Ho-oh and Lugia:
Get the Mystic Ticket, then go to Navel Island.
Jirachi:
To get Jirachi, you need a Gamecube and the pre-order version of Pokemon Colosseum. Now, trade it to Pokemon Emerald.
Kyogre:
Defeat the Elite Four, then go back to the weather institute. This is where you got Castform. Go upstairs to a researcher who studies patters of weather. He will tell you where Kyogre is found. You need HM03 Surf and HM07 Dive. Surf on the route you are supposed to until you find a location to dive. Once you get to Kyogre in the Marine cave, get in front of him. Use Net Balls on him.
Latios or Latias:
After defeating the Elite Four, watch the television downstairs in your house. Mix your records with a Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire with the Eon Ticket. Now, go to Southern Island.
Meowith:
Go in the building to the left of the Battle Tower. Give the woman a Skitty and she will give you a Meowith with Retro Mail. The higher the level of your Skitty, the better the Meowith, which means you can get Persian faster.
Mew:
The only way to get Mew in the game is by getting the Old Sea Chart. This is an item that is only available through a special event outside the game.
Rayquaza:
Go to Sky Pillar. When Groudon and Kyogre are fighting, he wakes up and stops the fight. Once you have done that, go back to Sky Pillar to find Rayquaza. You can get to Sky Pillar by going to Pacifidlog Town. Go right until you see a crack in the sea. Go into it. REMEMBER: Use a Master Ball on it.
Regice:
The cave of Regice is northwest of Dewford island. There is Braille in the back of the cave of Regice. The statement reads "Stay close to the wall. Run around the lap." You must run around the room once while staying close to the wall. Once you reach the middle of the Braille again, the door will open and the battle with the icy titan will begin when you go through the door and press A next to it.
Regirock:
To find the cave of the rock titan Regirock, you must have the Go-Goggles so that you may enter the desert. Once in the desert, go south to the bottom and enter the cave. In the back you will see the Braille in the back. Go to the back of the room and read it. The message translated reads "Left, Left, Down, Down. Then use Rock Smash." From the middle of the Braille on the wall move left, left, down, and down. Go with a Pokemon that knows Rock Smash and use it. The cave door will open. Save the game, then start the battle with Regirock. REMEMBER: Bring a lot of Ultra Balls.
Registeel:
To find the cave of Registeel, go to Lilycove City. Go west through the grass and trainers. When you reach the area of the Safari Zone, keep moving. You will reach a place with a girl. Just above her are stairs. You must go up. Go through the very tall grass and go up the stairs behind it. The cave will not be too far after the stairs. Once inside, read the Braille at the back of the room. It reads "Those who inherit our will, shine in the middle." The riddle means that you should go to the middle of the room and use Flash. The cave door will open. Be careful with Registeel. This Pokemon is more difficult than the others to capture. Try bringing a lot of Ultra Balls or prolong the battle as long as you can by freezing it or putting it to sleep. After many turns the Timer Ball will have gained a lot of strength, and it might work against the Registeel.
SHEDINJA:
You must have four pokemon in your team
Than catch nincada and than you have five pokemon in your team train nincada to level 20 and than it will be evolve into ninjask In the final slot will be a shedinja
To get Shedinja you have to catch a nincada.Now, train it to level 20,but have an empty space in your party.Now, when it evoles into a ninjask there will be a shedinja right next to it.I would suggest that you train nincada with an EX SHARE,so that when it evoles the shedinja will be next to it.
Smeargle:
Once you have defeated the Elite Four with all Pokemon with your ID code, you can go to the Battle Frontier. Once here, go to the southeastern-most side of the area. There should be a tree that looks odd. Use the Wailmer Pail to water it. Soodoo Woodoo should attack. Catch it, run, or kill it. Now, use Surf on the water where Soodoo Woodoo was located. Go down the waterfall and go to the left. There should be a cave. In the cave is a Smargle. It knows one attack, Sketch. Sketch allows it to copy the last move that someone uses against it. Once you have obtained one move for Smargle, go to the move tutor and teach him Sketch again. Now, go to a double battle and use Smargle and the Pokemon that has the move you want him to learn. He can learn anything mine knows Strength, Hyper Beam, Outrage, and Thunder. repeat the step with the move tutor and he can learn any move.
Sudowoodo:
Defeat the Elite Four, then go into your house. Talk to your dad and he will give you the S.S Ticket. Go to the boat in Saltport City and select the battle port choice. Next, go to the waterfall. There is a tree. Use Water Pail on it. REMEMBER: To get Water Pail, go to Rushmore City, go straight down, and there is a little berry store. Go in it and talk to one of the people. They will give you Water Pail.
To get Sudowoodo go to the bottom right of the Battle Frontier and use the Wailmer Pail on the funny looking tree, it'll be at Level 40 so be prepared. To get Smeargle go to thee cave at the Battle Frontier, use a fairly powerful move against it so it'll learn it forever. To get the Johto Starters, you have to finish your Hoenn Dex then go to see Prof. Birch, you can only pick one so select wisely.
Missing Pokemon:
The following Pokemon are not found in the game: Surskit, Masquerain, Meditite, Medicham, Zangoose, Lunatone, and Roselia.
Artisian Cave and Smeargle:
After catching Sudowoodo, surf down the waterfall and go left. Look for the cave entrance. This is the secret location of Smeargle.
Land Cave:
Land Cave is a cave found by the shore after defeating the Elite Four. The legendary Groundon thrives in the Land Cave. It is on Routes 105, 125, 127, or 129. You must go to the Weather Center. He will tell you where Groundon is located. However if you take too long finding it, it will move on.
Sea Cave:
Sea Cave is a cave found underwater after defeating the Elite four. The legendary Kyogre thrives in the Sea Cave. It is on Routes 105, 125, 127, or 129. You must go to the Weather Center. He will tell you where Kyogre is located. However, if you take too long finding it, it will move on.
Opening the Regis caves:
You must first get Waillord and Relicanth. Now, go to Pacifidlog City. Go left into the currents. You will see a square in the water. Dive down then go into the cave. Get to the end of the cave. You will see Braille on the wall. While in front of the Braille, dive up. You will be in a cave. Go to the end of the wall and use Dig to enter the next room. You must have Waillord first in your party and Relicanth last. Now, read the Braille. The ground will shake and the caves will now be open. One is in the desert and the other is in the water in near Deleford Town.
Safari Zone:
The Safari Zone is the same as the one in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. The only difference is that after you defeat the Elite Four, two more areas appear full of Johto Pokemon that you could not get in any other games (besides Pokemon Colosseum).
Team Magma's hideout:
To get to Team Magma's hideout, you must first get the Magma Emblem. Now, go to Mt. Pyre. Go through jagged pass until the screen shakes, and an opening will appear. This is where Team Magma's hideout is located. REMEMBER: Do not go to Team Aqua's hideout first.
Mirage Tower:
After you get the fourth badge, jump down the rocks (left of Lavaridge). Go to the desert. You will see a sand castle. Go to the top to get a fossil.
Water Institute:
The Water Institute is where you received Castform from that building.
Battle Symbol:
The easiest place to get a Battle Symbol is in the Battle Pike. Complete it three times and you will see Lucy.
Blue or Red Tent for secret base:
Go to Route 110. Go to the Trick Master's house and complete every challenge. This requires Cut and Strength HM. After that, he will say he that needs to travel. He will give you a Red Tent or Blue Tent.
Belue Berry:
Go to the Berry Master's House and talk to his wife. Tell her "SUPER HUSTLE".
Cheri Berry:

Gold Shield:
Win 100 battles in the Battle Frontier. Now, talk to Scott at his house in the Battle Frontier.
Lansat Berry:
Collect all Silver Frontier Symbols in the Battle Frontier. Now, talk to Scott at his house in the Battle Frontier.
Magma Symbol:
To get the Magma Symbol (which is required to get to the Team Magma Base), you must go to Mt. Pyre after you defeat Team Aqua in the cove next to Lilycove City.
Master Ball:
Go to Lilycove City. Now, surf to Team Aqua's base. Keep walking around and you will see a room with four items. Try all the teleporters until you get to that room. The item on the top left is a Master Ball.
National Dex:
Immediately after beating the Elite Four, you will go to Professor Birch. He will give the National Dex to you.
Pamtre Berry:
Go to the Berry Master's House and talk to his wife. Tell her "CHALLENGE CONTEST".
Pokemon Diploma:
Catch all 202 Pokemon in the Pokedex, then talk to the Game Designer at the hotel in Lilycove City.
Pokemon Virus:
To get the Pokemon Virus, go to Route 117 and battle until you think you have it . Now, go to Vandaserf's Pokemon Center and heal. If one of your Pokemon have it, after you heal a new message should appear. If you happen to get this rare disease it should make your Pokemon grow better. This virus is very contagious and can spread quickly. REMEMBER: This virus does not hurt your Pokemon. It should last about two days. After it has worn off, it will leave a small dot beside the Pokeball that you caught it with.
Silver Shield:
Win 50 battles in the Battle Frontier. Now, talk to Scott at his house in the Battle Frontier.
Spelon Berry:
Go to the Berry Master's House and talk to his wife. Tell her "GREAT BATTLE".
Starf Berry:
Collect all Gold Frontier Symbols in the Battle Frontier. Now, talk to Scott at his house in the Battle Frontier.
Super Rod:
The Super Rod is located near The Space Center. Go to the left of the Space Center. You should find a house where a fisherman is sitting on the chair. Talk to him and he will give you the Super Rod.
Watmel Berry:
Go to the Berry Master's House and talk to his wife. Tell her "OVERWHELMING LATIAS".
Berry Fix:
Press Down + Select + B at the screen with the glowing Rayquaza. You can now use the Berry Fix with Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire.
Easy experience:
Attach EXP Share. Put the Pokemon you want to gain experience in front of party, then fight someone. When the battle starts, switch it out for a better Pokemon.
At the start of the game, train your starter in the grasses from Littleroot Town to where you fight your rival for your first time.
Fight the Elite Four three times a day.
Fight all of the trainers that have a Poke thing next to their name.
Fight all of the gym leaders again.
Easy catches:
Whenever you want to catch a wild Pokemon, you should first get one of your Pokemon to use moves such as Leer, Growl, and Flash. This will weaken your opponent. Attacking it might also help, but make sure that you do not defeat it. Also bring many Pokeballs with you.
How to beat the Elite Four:
Take a normal level Pokemon with a one hit K.O. move and a lock on move. Also have a large number of Ethers and Max Potions. Just lock on and attack for and easy K.O.
Use the following Pokemon against the Elite Four:
To make the Elite Four easy, tell the guy at the Weather Institute about the Drought to get Kyogre in the Sea Chamber. After the Groudon/Kyogyre/Raquaza incedent, go to the Sky Pillar, and catch him. Teach Kyogyre Thunder, for he has Drizzle. They are at Lv. 70, so you can easiy kick butt.

Stronger Rollout move:
When you have a Pokemon with Rollout, using the move Defense Curl before using Rollout will boost the attack of Rollout by X1. For example, Marill will learn Defense Curl at level 3, then will learn Rollout at level 15.
Finding new Pokemon:
If you are working on your Pokedex and cannot seem to find the Pokemon you need to complete it, enter the appealing contests in Lilycove City. When you enter, there could be Pokemon that you cannot find in the wild, only from trainers.
Use the Match Call on your Pokenav and wait for your opponent to train their Pokemon to evolve into ones that you have not seen yet. When this happens, battle them.

Easy badges:
Before battling a gym leader, you always want to win on the first try. Before you challenge a gym leader. find out the type of Pokemon they have. Try to find an advantage. For example, if you are battling a Rock Pokemon. send a Grass type Pokemon to fight. Also try to raise your Pokemon's level by at least 8. If you still cannot get the badge, raise the level more.

Tell the Berry Master's Wife certain phrases to receive the following berries. You can only tell her one of these each day.

1: Go to the battle tower
2: You get a poke in ur party u wanna clone.
3: Put ur poke in the p.c.
4: Save!
5: Withdraw the pokemon u put in the box.
6: Go to the last lady (the closest 2 u) and talk.
7: When she asks u to pick a lvl pic open and pic 2 pokemon (enclude the 1 u wanna clone).
8: When shes asks u if u wanna save say yes.
9: When she asks to overight say yes.
10: Turn of the power when its saving, turn it on and look in ur party and p.c. u hav 2 pokemon.
P.S. You can also clone an item with a pokemon.
After beating Elite 4 go to Fallabar town to get the other fossil that you didn't get while in Mirage Tower, search around for a little while and you will run into a ditto.

First: you must know the clonig of items if you do you must do this some advice
1.you must finish cloning all pokemon you want with the item you want to clone
and remember you must fill at least one box
2.select move item in the screen of your pc
3.take all the item to bag
4.go to the lady in the lady MULTI LINK BATTLE Choose OPEN LEVEL and select 3 pokemon. When she asks u to save the game before entering, say YES, it will stop for a few seconds , and when the game says to overight the game, say NO, then turn the game off. When u turn it on again u will see that u're in front of the MULTI LINK lady just like cloning pokemon if you do this properly youll the item you want in no time

Sick of not being able to get babies? Do not worry, because I know how to get easy babies. First catch a girl Pikachu, Marill, Jynx, Jigglypuff, Magmar, Hitmontop, Hitmonlee, or Hitmonchan. Put one of them along with a boy (any Pokemon will do) in the Day-care Center, leave and wait a few minutes. Then go to the guy sitting outside watching the Pokemon. He will give you an egg, and depending on the Mother, you will get a different baby each time. Look below to figure out what mothers have what babies.
Pikachu=Pichu
Marill=Marill or Azurill (you're more likely to get a Marill)
Jynx=Smoochum
Jigglypuff=Igglybuff

Have you ever had a tiring,boring,cloneing session at the Battle Tower? Have you ever wondered if there was something else that you could do? If you have.....READ ON !!!!!
#1-Beat the E4 and go to the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier.
#2-Make sure you have ALOT of pokemon in the PC
#3-Select, "MOVE ITEMS" on your PC
#4-Give the item that you want to clone to one of your pokemon in the PC*
#5-Log out of the PC and save. !!!!! DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR GBA,GBA SP,OR DS!!!!!
#6-Log onto the PC again. Withdraw item from the pokemon. Bag it.
#7-Walk to the the woman at the desk who lets you use the MUILTY LINK BATTLE ROOM
#8-Press the A button to her and take the challenge.Select OPEN LV.Say yes to save.
#9- There will be a 5-4 second pause. Say yes to save again but when it says to overwrite RAPIDLY press NO and quickly turn off the power.
#10-Turn on your GBA, GBA SP , or DS.
#11-Once you are in the pokemon world,go to your PC and take the item from your pokemon.You should have 2 of the items, one from the pc, and one from your bag.Repeat the same method but put in the two items in clone ,and you will have 4 items.
Do the same thing, and you could have over 100 of those items in less than 15 minutes :)
*I recomend rare candies,master balls, and rare berries.;)

Of the hundreds of squares on the route 119, feebas is in 6 of them. Surf and fish with the super rod and if you get lucky you'll find him. Once you find a spot he is quite common and I advise you to catch a male and female and breed them for eggs as the next part is quite hard. First you need a feebas with the right nature; quiet, gentile and natures like that aren't as good to use, whereas natures like rash are the best to use. Now head for the berry master's house and talk to his wife. Enter the code (i think it's challenge contest but i'm not sure) for the pamtre berry as this gives you around level 50 indigo pokeblocks when you berry blend, this is important as the pokeblocks must have a level of 23 and above and a low feel this is vital to get milotic. Unfortunately the pamtre berry takes ages to grow and for those of you that are in a hurry there is another berry, the hondew which when you blend in lilycove should just about get lv23-24 indigo blocks. Make sure all blocks raise beauty stat and feed them to feebas, grow him/her a level and done, Milotic!

Immediately after you defeat the Elite Four, you will go to
Professor Birch. He will give the National Dex to you.
The Safari Zone is the same as the one in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire.
The only difference is that after you defeat the Elite Four, two
more areas appear full of Johto Pokemon that you could not get in
any other games (besides Pokemon Colosseum).
Sea Cave is a cave found underwater after defeating the Elite four.
The legendary Kyogre thrives in the Sea Cave. It is on Routes 105,
125, 127, or 129. You must go to the Weather Center. He will tell
you where Kyogre is located. However, if you take too long finding
it, it will move on.
Ever wanted to clone your strongest or favorite pokemon in Emerald version? We will tell one way here:
Head to the battle frontier and then to the battle tower.
Logon to the PC: Make sure BOX 9 is empty. Deposit the Pokemon you want to clone into Box 9.
Exit PC and Save game.
Withdraw the same pokemon you just deposited.
Go to the lady to your far right and start a battle, making sure it is an Open-Level Battle.
Select any 2 pokemon but do not select the Pokemon you wish to clone!
When the lady starts saving your game you will notice a Pause before the game is saved. Turn off Gameboy!
Reboot your game. In your party the original pokemon will be there. But in the empty box you will find the cloned pokemon.
By placing an item (say a Master Ball) with the pokemon to be cloned, you can trade it to your Diamond and Pearl game(s) for some easy captures.
1. go to the battle tower
2. deposit the pokemon you want to clone in its pc
3. save the game
4. withdraw the pokemon you want to clone. don't save!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5. go to the lady in charge of the multi link battles (to the farthest right)
6. enter two allowed pokemon (doesn't matter which)
7. when she says if it's okay if the progress is to be saved, say "yes"
8. you will notice a pause
9. when it says "would you like to save the game?" say "no", then turn off the power or press a+b+start+select at the same time
10. when you come back to the game, you will notice yourself in front of the lady still.
11. you now have successfully cloned your pokemon (one in pc, one in party)

To get Latios or Latias, after beating elite 4, watch the news with mom and she'll ask you what was the color of the pokemon seen. Say blue for Latios and red for Latias. Next you have to search around until you have your first encounter with them. Then you can locate them with the Poke'dex. Once you do, it's best to fill your team with five dark pokemon and a Wobbufet. Put wobbufet in first to keep them from running away when you see Lati@s. To get them to come to you, go to a route that connects with at least 2 or 3 other routes and has a cave or small house or building. Route 111 at the old lady's house is best. Keep going in and out of the house and check the pokedex when you are back outside. Latios and Latias stick with connected routes and eventually they'll run right into the route you're on! When they do get their HP down to red and try to catch them with an Ultra ball. DO NOT waste a master ball on them unless you have cloned them. Also if Wobbufet is defeated, have another pokemon use MEAN LOOK or SPIDER WEB to keep them from escaping. If they somehow escape don't worry. Find them again and whatever damage you did to them they'll keep from the last battle. The moves the'lll know are:
Latias LV 40: Refresh 20 PP Type Normal Effect: Cures poison, paralysis and burns.
Mist Ball 5 PP Type Psychic Power 70 Accuracy 100 Effect: May lower special attack of the target with 50% chance.

First, u should have the pokemon that u wanna clone in your party, fly to BATTLE FRONTIER and go to BATTLE TOWER. Go to the PC in the tower and deposite the pokemon that u wanted to clone, then save the game. After u have saved the game, withdraw it and talk to the lady who lets u go to MULTI LINK BATTLE in the last roll. Choose OPEN LEVEL and select 3 pokemon. When she asks u to save the game before entering, say YES, it will stop for a few seconds , and when the game says to overight the game, say NO, then turn the game off. When u turn it on again u will see that u're in front of the MULTI LINK lady, check in u're party and u will find that the pokemon that u wanned to clone is in u're party and another one is in the box that u deposited in the pokemon that u cloned.
This trick works with... poke ball, great ball, net/dive (ball some times) and ultra ball! now this is a very advanced trick you better have a good eye and ear if you don't and,or if you make a mistake it will break! okay you listing to me blab now lets git on with it when thow the ball and it opens hit ab and wen ever it bounces ab wen it stops bouncing wait (tricky part) then when it moves ab and when its going to spark ab (note you press ab at the same time) this trick works about 90% percent of the time!

In-game reset:
Press A + B + Start + Select during game play.
Get to Battle Frontier:
To get to the Battle Frontier, you must defeat the Elite Four with Pokemon only with your I.D. number. After you defeat them, you will get a ticket from your father to get to the Battle Frontier. The Battle Frontier is another region with fourteen more badges to collect.
There are seven gyms in the Battle Frontier. The seven gyms are the Battle Tube, Battle Dome, Battle Factory, Battle Arena, Battle Palace, Battle Pyramid, and Battle Tower. Each gym has two badges to collect.
Get to Sooptopolis:
To get into this city you must dive underwater. Look for this city on your Pokenav. When you get close to Sooptopolis, dive.
Get to Southern Island:
Southern Island is where you get the opposite bird. If you chose Latios, you will find Latias here and vice versa. You need the Eon Ticket to have access to this island.
Johto starters:
After finishing the full 202 Pokemon of Hoenn, Professor Birch will call you on your Pokenav and say that he wants to give you a surprise. You can now choose one of the three Johto starters (Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile).
Original starters:
By winning the Battle Frontier completely (Gold and Silver) and talk to Birch. He will give you one of your choice.
Mystery Gift option:
Enter any Pokemon Mart and go to the clipboard that is by the shop keeper on the counter. Take the survey and enter in the words "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL". Beldum:

Next, go down the ladder, then go to the ladder in the south. Now, go inside the nearby door. Steven should be to the right. REMEMBER: If you are going to battle him, you can defeat him with Water, Ice (for Cradily), and Fire types for most of his Pokemon. He has Pokemon over level 70. .After you defeat him, go to his house in Mossdeep to get the Beldum.
Castform:
Defeat the rival team at the Weather Institute.
Deoxys:
Like previous games, Deoxys has its own form in this game. It is the Speed form. It can only be found on Birth Island. The Aurora Ticket is required.
Ditto:
You can catch Ditto, but only after beating the Elite Four. Go to the Desert Underpass. It is only in the middle.
Groudon:
Go back to the weather institute. Talk to the man again. He will tell you where Groudon is found. You might need HM03 Surf. Go to the route where he is and go inside. You will find Groudon in the Terra cave.
To get groundon/kyogre trade from ruby/shapire

Get the Mystic Ticket, then go to Navel Island.
Jirachi:
To get Jirachi, you need a Gamecube and the pre-order version of Pokemon Colosseum. Now, trade it to Pokemon Emerald.
Kyogre:
Defeat the Elite Four, then go back to the weather institute. This is where you got Castform. Go upstairs to a researcher who studies patters of weather. He will tell you where Kyogre is found. You need HM03 Surf and HM07 Dive. Surf on the route you are supposed to until you find a location to dive. Once you get to Kyogre in the Marine cave, get in front of him. Use Net Balls on him.
Latios or Latias:
After defeating the Elite Four, watch the television downstairs in your house. Mix your records with a Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire with the Eon Ticket. Now, go to Southern Island.
Meowith:
Go in the building to the left of the Battle Tower. Give the woman a Skitty and she will give you a Meowith with Retro Mail. The higher the level of your Skitty, the better the Meowith, which means you can get Persian faster.
Mew:
The only way to get Mew in the game is by getting the Old Sea Chart. This is an item that is only available through a special event outside the game.
Rayquaza:

Regirock:
To find the cave of the rock titan Regirock, you must have the Go-Goggles so that you may enter the desert. Once in the desert, go south to the bottom and enter the cave. In the back you will see the Braille in the back. Go to the back of the room and read it. The message translated reads "Left, Left, Down, Down. Then use Rock Smash." From the middle of the Braille on the wall move left, left, down, and down. Go with a Pokemon that knows Rock Smash and use it. The cave door will open. Save the game, then start the battle with Regirock. REMEMBER: Bring a lot of Ultra Balls.
Registeel:
To find the cave of Registeel, go to Lilycove City. Go west through the grass and trainers. When you reach the area of the Safari Zone, keep moving. You will reach a place with a girl. Just above her are stairs. You must go up. Go through the very tall grass and go up the stairs behind it. The cave will not be too far after the stairs. Once inside, read the Braille at the back of the room. It reads "Those who inherit our will, shine in the middle." The riddle means that you should go to the middle of the room and use Flash. SHEDINJA:
You must have four pokemon in your team
Than catch nincada and than you have five pokemon in your team train nincada to level 20 and than it will be evolve into ninjask In the final slot will be a shedinja
To get Shedinja you have to catch a nincada.Now, train it to level 20,but have an empty space in your party.Now, when it evoles into a ninjask there will be a shedinja right next to it.I would suggest that you train nincada with an EX SHARE,so that when it evoles the shedinja will be next to it.
Smeargle:
Once you have defeated the Elite Four with all Pokemon with your ID code, you can go to the Battle Frontier. Once here, go to the southeastern-most side of the area. There should be a tree that looks odd. Use the Wailmer Pail to water it. Soodoo Woodoo should attack. Catch it, run, or kill it. Now, use Surf on the water where Soodoo Woodoo was located. Go down the waterfall and go to the left. There should be a cave. In the cave is a Smargle. It knows one attack, Sketch. Sketch allows it to copy the last move that someone uses against it. Once you have obtained one move for Smargle, go to the move tutor and teach him Sketch again. Now, go to a double battle and use Smargle and the Pokemon that has the move you want him to learn. He can learn anything mine knows Strength, Hyper Beam, Outrage, and Thunder. repeat the step with the move tutor and he can learn any move.
Sudowoodo:
Defeat the Elite Four, then go into your house. Talk to your dad and he will give you the S.S Ticket. Go to the boat in Saltport City and select the battle port choice. Next, go to the waterfall. There is a tree. Use Water Pail on it. REMEMBER: To get Water Pail, go to Rushmore City, go straight down, and there is a little berry store. Go in it and talk to one of the people. They will give you Water Pail.
To get Sudowoodo go to the bottom right of the Battle Frontier and use the Wailmer Pail on the funny looking tree, it'll be at Level 40 so be prepared. To get Smeargle go to thee cave at the Battle Frontier, use a fairly powerful move against it so it'll learn it forever. To get the Johto Starters, you have to finish your Hoenn Dex then go to see Prof. Birch, you can only pick one so select wisely.
Missing Pokemon:
The following Pokemon are not found in the game: Surskit, Masquerain, Meditite, Medicham, Zangoose, Lunatone, and Roselia.
Artisian Cave and Smeargle:
After catching Sudowoodo, surf down the waterfall and go left. Look for the cave entrance. This is the secret location of Smeargle.
Land Cave:
Land Cave is a cave found by the shore after defeating the Elite Four. The legendary Groundon thrives in the Land Cave. It is on Routes 105, 125, 127, or 129. You must go to the Weather Center. He will tell you where Groundon is located. However if you take too long finding it, it will move on.
Sea Cave:

Opening the Regis caves:

Team Magma's hideout:
To get to Team Magma's hideout, you must first get the Magma Emblem. Now, go to Mt. Pyre. Go through jagged pass until the screen shakes, and an opening will appear. This is where Team Magma's hideout is located. REMEMBER: Do not go to Team Aqua's hideout first.
Mirage Tower:
After you get the fourth badge, jump down the rocks (left of Lavaridge). Go to the desert. You will see a sand castle. Go to the top to get a fossil.
Water Institute:
The Water Institute is where you received Castform from that building.
Battle Symbol:
The easiest place to get a Battle Symbol is in the Battle Pike. Complete it three times and you will see Lucy.
Blue or Red Tent for secret base:
Go to Route 110. Go to the Trick Master's house and complete every challenge. This requires Cut and Strength HM. After that, he will say he that needs to travel. He will give you a Red Tent or Blue Tent.

Master Ball:

National Dex:

Catch all 202 Pokemon in the Pokedex, then talk to the Game Designer at the hotel in Lilycove City.
Pokemon Virus:
To get the Pokemon Virus, go to Route 117 and battle until you think you have it . Now, go to Vandaserf's Pokemon Center and heal. If one of your Pokemon have it, after you heal a new message should appear. If you happen to get this rare disease it should make your Pokemon grow better. This virus is very contagious and can spread quickly. REMEMBER: This virus does not hurt your Pokemon. It should last about two days. After it has worn off, it will leave a small dot beside the Pokeball that you caught it with.
Silver Shield:
Win 50 battles in the Battle Frontier. Now, talk to Scott at his house in the Battle Frontier.
Spelon Berry:
Go to the Berry Master's House and talk to his wife. Tell her "GREAT BATTLE".
Starf Berry:
Collect all Gold Frontier Symbols in the Battle Frontier. Now, talk to Scott at his house in the Battle Frontier.
Super Rod:
The Super Rod is located near The Space Center. Go to the left of the Space Center. You should find a house where a fisherman is sitting on the chair. Talk to him and he will give you the Super Rod.
Watmel Berry:
Go to the Berry Master's House and talk to his wife. Tell her "OVERWHELMING LATIAS".
Berry Fix:
Press Down + Select + B at the screen with the glowing Rayquaza. You can now use the Berry Fix with Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire.
Easy experience:
Attach EXP Share. Put the Pokemon you want to gain experience in front of party, then fight someone. When the battle starts, switch it out for a better Pokemon.
At the start of the game, train your starter in the grasses from Littleroot Town to where you fight your rival for your first time.
Fight the Elite Four three times a day.
Fight all of the trainers that have a Poke thing next to their name.
Fight all of the gym leaders again.
Easy catches:
Whenever you want to catch a wild Pokemon, you should first get one of your Pokemon to use moves such as Leer, Growl, and Flash. This will weaken your opponent. Attacking it might also help, but make sure that you do not defeat it. Also bring many Pokeballs with you.
How to beat the Elite Four:
Take a normal level Pokemon with a one hit K.O. move and a lock on move. Also have a large number of Ethers and Max Potions. Just lock on and attack for and easy K.O.

Finding new Pokemon:
If you are working on your Pokedex and cannot seem to find the Pokemon you need to complete it, enter the appealing contests in Lilycove City. When you enter, there could be Pokemon that you cannot find in the wild, only from trainers.
Use the Match Call on your Pokenav and wait for your opponent to train their Pokemon to evolve into ones that you have not seen yet. When this happens, battle them.

Easy badges:
Before battling a gym leader, you always want to win on the first try. Before you challenge a gym leader. find out the type of Pokemon they have. Try to find an advantage. For example, if you are battling a Rock Pokemon. send a Grass type Pokemon to fight. Also try to raise your Pokemon's level by at least 8. If you still cannot get the badge, raise the level more.

1: Go to the battle tower
2: You get a poke in ur party u wanna clone.
3: Put ur poke in the p.c.
4: Save!
5: Withdraw the pokemon u put in the box.
6: Go to the last lady (the closest 2 u) and talk.
7: When she asks u to pick a lvl pic open and pic 2 pokemon (enclude the 1 u wanna clone).
8: When shes asks u if u wanna save say yes.
9: When she asks to overight say yes.
10: Turn of the power when its saving, turn it on and look in ur party and p.c. u hav 2 pokemon.
P.S. You can also clone an item with a pokemon.
After beating Elite 4 go to Fallabar town to get the other fossil that you didn't get while in Mirage Tower, search around for a little while and you will run into a ditto.

First: you must know the clonig of items if you do you must do this some advice
1.you must finish cloning all pokemon you want with the item you want to clone
and remember you must fill at least one box
2.select move item in the screen of your pc
3.take all the item to bag
4.go to the lady in the lady MULTI LINK BATTLE Choose OPEN LEVEL and select 3 pokemon. When she asks u to save the game before entering, say YES, it will stop for a few seconds , and when the game says to overight the game, say NO, then turn the game off. When u turn it on again u will see that u're in front of the MULTI LINK lady just like cloning pokemon if you do this properly youll the item you want in no time

Sick of not being able to get babies? Do not worry, because I know how to get easy babies. First catch a girl Pikachu, Marill, Jynx, Jigglypuff, Magmar, Hitmontop, Hitmonlee, or Hitmonchan. Put one of them along with a boy (any Pokemon will do) in the Day-care Center, leave and wait a few minutes. Then go to the guy sitting outside watching the Pokemon. He will give you an egg, and depending on the Mother, you will get a different baby each time. Look below to figure out what mothers have what babies.

Have you ever had a tiring,boring,cloneing session at the Battle Tower? Have you ever wondered if there was something else that you could do? If you have.....READ ON !!!!!
#1-Beat the E4 and go to the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier.
#2-Make sure you have ALOT of pokemon in the PC
#3-Select, "MOVE ITEMS" on your PC
#4-Give the item that you want to clone to one of your pokemon in the PC*
#5-Log out of the PC and save. !!!!! DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR GBA,GBA SP,OR DS!!!!!
#6-Log onto the PC again. Withdraw item from the pokemon. Bag it.
#7-Walk to the the woman at the desk who lets you use the MUILTY LINK BATTLE ROOM
#8-Press the A button to her and take the challenge.Select OPEN LV.Say yes to save.
#9- There will be a 5-4 second pause. Say yes to save again but when it says to overwrite RAPIDLY press NO and quickly turn off the power.
#10-Turn on your GBA, GBA SP , or DS.
#11-Once you are in the pokemon world,go to your PC and take the item from your pokemon.You should have 2 of the items, one from the pc, and one from your bag.Repeat the same method but put in the two items in clone ,and you will have 4 items.
Do the same thing, and you could have over 100 of those items in less than 15 minutes :)
*I recomend rare candies,master balls, and rare berries.;)

Of the hundreds of squares on the route 119, feebas is in 6 of them. Surf and fish with the super rod and if you get lucky you'll find him. Once you find a spot he is quite common and I advise you to catch a male and female and breed them for eggs as the next part is quite hard. First you need a feebas with the right nature; quiet, gentile and natures like that aren't as good to use, whereas natures like rash are the best to use. Now head for the berry master's house and talk to his wife. Enter the code (i think it's challenge contest but i'm not sure) for the pamtre berry as this gives you around level 50 indigo pokeblocks when you berry blend, this is important as the pokeblocks must have a level of 23 and above and a low feel this is vital to get milotic. Unfortunately the pamtre berry takes ages to grow and for those of you that are in a hurry there is another berry, the hondew which when you blend in lilycove should just about get lv23-24 indigo blocks. Make sure all blocks raise beauty stat and feed them to feebas, grow him/her a level and done, Milotic!

Defeat Trick Master's third Challenge. You can find him on Route 110.
Like previous games, Deoxys has its own form in this game. It is the
Speed form. It can only be found on Birth Island.
To get to the Battle Frontier, you must defeat the Elite Four with
Pokemon only with your I.D. number. After you defeat them, you will
get a ticket from your father to get to the Battle Frontier. The
Battle Frontier is another region with fourteen more badges to
collect.
There are seven gyms in the Battle Frontier. The seven gyms are the
Battle Tube, Battle Dome, Battle Factory, Battle Arena, Battle
Palace, Battle Pyramid, and Battle Tower. Each gym has two badges to
collect.
When you complete the full 202 Pokemon of Hoenn, Professor Birch
will call you on your Pokenav and say that he wants to give you a
surprise. You can now choose one of the three Johto starters
(Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile).
Land Cave is a cave found by the shore after defeating the Elite
Four. The legendary Groundon thrives in the Land Cave. It is on
Routes 105, 125, 127, or 129. You must go to the Weather Center. He
will tell you where Groundon is located. However if you take too
long finding it, it will move on.
To get the Magma Symbol (which is required to get to the Team Magma
Base), you must go to Mt. Pyre after you defeat Team Aqua in the
cove next to Lilycove City.
The following Pokemon are not found in the game: Surskit,
Masquerain, Meditite, Medicham, Zangoose, Lunatone, and Roselia.
Immediately after you defeat the Elite Four, you will go to
Professor Birch. He will give the National Dex to you.
The Safari Zone is the same as the one in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire.
The only difference is that after you defeat the Elite Four, two
more areas appear full of Johto Pokemon that you could not get in
any other games (besides Pokemon Colosseum).
Sea Cave is a cave found underwater after defeating the Elite four.
The legendary Kyogre thrives in the Sea Cave. It is on Routes 105,
125, 127, or 129. You must go to the Weather Center. He will tell
you where Kyogre is located. However, if you take too long finding
it, it will move on.
Ever wanted to clone your strongest or favorite pokemon in Emerald version? We will tell one way here:
Head to the battle frontier and then to the battle tower.
Logon to the PC: Make sure BOX 9 is empty. Deposit the Pokemon you want to clone into Box 9.
Exit PC and Save game.
Withdraw the same pokemon you just deposited.
Go to the lady to your far right and start a battle, making sure it is an Open-Level Battle.
Select any 2 pokemon but do not select the Pokemon you wish to clone!
When the lady starts saving your game you will notice a Pause before the game is saved. Turn off Gameboy!
Reboot your game. In your party the original pokemon will be there. But in the empty box you will find the cloned pokemon.
By placing an item (say a Master Ball) with the pokemon to be cloned, you can trade it to your Diamond and Pearl game(s) for some easy captures.
1. go to the battle tower
2. deposit the pokemon you want to clone in its pc
3. save the game
4. withdraw the pokemon you want to clone. don't save!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5. go to the lady in charge of the multi link battles (to the farthest right)
6. enter two allowed pokemon (doesn't matter which)
7. when she says if it's okay if the progress is to be saved, say "yes"
8. you will notice a pause
9. when it says "would you like to save the game?" say "no", then turn off the power or press a+b+start+select at the same time
10. when you come back to the game, you will notice yourself in front of the lady still.
11. you now have successfully cloned your pokemon (one in pc, one in party)
p.s. the items are also cloned when on the pokemon

Azurill is a Pokemon that cannot be created by normal mating. You must make the mom (the Female Marill) hold the Sea Incense. Let them breed an egg, and it will hatch into an Azurill!

Go to the Weather Station and talk to the scientist upstairs. He is by the computer. He will say either that it is raining really hard somewhere or the sun is really bright. There will be a cave if it is sunny and Groudon will be in it. There will be a dive spot if it is raining and Kyogre will be there.

To get Latios or Latias, after beating elite 4, watch the news with mom and she'll ask you what was the color of the pokemon seen. Say blue for Latios and red for Latias. Next you have to search around until you have your first encounter with them. Then you can locate them with the Poke'dex. Once you do, it's best to fill your team with five dark pokemon and a Wobbufet. Put wobbufet in first to keep them from running away when you see Lati@s. To get them to come to you, go to a route that connects with at least 2 or 3 other routes and has a cave or small house or building. Route 111 at the old lady's house is best. Keep going in and out of the house and check the pokedex when you are back outside. Latios and Latias stick with connected routes and eventually they'll run right into the route you're on! When they do get their HP down to red and try to catch them with an Ultra ball. DO NOT waste a master ball on them unless you have cloned them. Also if Wobbufet is defeated, have another pokemon use MEAN LOOK or SPIDER WEB to keep them from escaping. If they somehow escape don't worry. Find them again and whatever damage you did to them they'll keep from the last battle. The moves the'lll know are:
Latias LV 40: Refresh 20 PP Type Normal Effect: Cures poison, paralysis and burns.
Mist Ball 5 PP Type Psychic Power 70 Accuracy 100 Effect: May lower special attack of the target with 50% chance.
Psychic 10 PP Type Psychic Power 90 Accuracy 100 Effect: May lower the target's special defense with a 10% chance.
Water Sport 15 PP Type Water Effect: Raises resistance to fire.
Latios LV 40: Psychic
Refresh
Protect 10 PP Type Normal Effect: Blocks all attacks EXCEPT Curse. May fail if used continuosly.
Luster Purge 5 PP Type Psychic Power 70 Accuracy 100 Effect: Lowers target's special defense with 30% chance.

Okay first you get a whole team of meowths then go walking around and you will have a 35% chance of getting a rare candy on one, or the othor way is give a rare candy to one of your pokemon and keep cloning it I put a rare candy on 5 of my pokemon and kept cloning them all at once and I ended up wit about 150 rare candys in 15 mins!

Rayquaza is located at the Top of Sky Pillar (North-East of Pacifilog Town) but watch out he is a good Level- 70. Make sure you have a Master Ball to catch it and a Mach Bike to get over the holes. There is also Wild Pokemon on the way to him. (Claydol, Sableye etc.) If you catch him then you will be able to easily take out the Elite 4 and the Champion of the Pokemon League. (Must have done the Groudon and Kyogre Crisis)

First get a master ball (you will get on your adventure in the lilycove city cave). fly to mauville city and get the mach bike. After, fly to Pacifidlog town. Get a water poke with the move SURF and surf along the top of route 103 towards Ever Grande. once you find an opening go into it(this will lead you into sky pillar, where rayquaza is). use ur mach bike to reach the top. use your master ball on rayquaza and fly to Ever Grande north. raise ur rayguaza to lvl 100 and teach him the moves: flamethrower, thunderbolt, dragon claw, and extremespeed. fight the elite four at this point. elite 1 Sydney, you can defeat his first four pokemon with flamethrower, the last one with thunderbolt. beat phobe with dragon claws(the first dusclops will use protect, so just use extremespeed on him). for glacia, #3, defeat her sealos and weilrein with thunderbolt, glalies with flamethrowers. drakes dragons are easy, just use dragon claws on them(his first pokemon, shelgon, uses protect, so just waste an extremespeed on him, then claw him). wallace's first 4 pokemon are water, so thunderbolt them. his last two, Ludicolo and Whiscash, can defeated with dragon claws.(NOTE...if you follow this procedure, every pokemon will be defeated in 1 attack)...(NOTE 2...give a pokemon exp. share and raise it easily)

Have you ever hated trying to raise your pokemon? It takes FOREVER to do it. say you catch a bagon, lvl 35. well its not becoming a salemence untill you get it to lvl 50. The easiest way everyone knows is give it exp. share and fight the pokemon league. Well,...thats not really the easiest. If you are the owner of pokemon Emerald Version, than your in luck!! During your adventure you will find rare candies. They make your pokemon lvl up by 1. its an awesome item....but theres only like 8 in the game. But you can change that. if you have defeated the elite 4 with pokemon YOU caught(not traded), fly to the battle frontier and head on over to the battle tower(the big blue tower of which you can't see the top because it goes off the screen...). Once inside, walk to the right and keep going until you see the pokemon storage pc. Get any pokemon and give it the rare candys(you can do this with igleast 5). Save them game. Then put the 5 pokemon with the pokemon holding the rare candies in any box with igleast 6 room left. Save the game again. take the same pokemon u put rare candies on and talk to the lady between the counters right by you. Enter the challenge and pick any 2 pokemon. When she asks if u want to overwrite, turn off the gameboy. Once u turn it back on, you will have 10 rare candies to raise your pokemon with. Keep copying the pokemon with the candies and get more to raise your pokemon with. its SOOO much easier(you will get duplicates of the pokemon too. Do whatever with them...
