By completing all 18 missions (finish the game) save and load. Now you new mode like

Start over from mission one with all Aircraft, Weaponry and $$$ obtained previously.

Slingshot Santa Click once to get the elves pushing the catapult, and again to begin launching Santa Clause into the snow. Battle Pong Classic pong game with a fight it out against opponents twist. Flashball Classic break out arkanoid (arcanoid) type game paddle and ball break the bricks.
