One thing that is neat about PictChat, is that's it's already built into your DS system! You might just go into one and be like, "No one's here~~!" then someone comes up and starts to chat with you. You meet new friends on here, and you know that it's -mostly- safe. :) I like it a lot. (5/5) ~PikaYasha
