Harvest Moon QUESTIONS

	I have ten hearts but I still can't marry
	Can anybody help me? My daughter is playing this game and has no idea how to upgrade her house in levels? any help is much appreciated (she has gotten 10 stars with the mayor if this means anything, lol?)
	Ok my daughter has gotten her 10 hearts with her sweetheart and with the mayor, she has gotten a level 3 house but still Theodore wont show her the blue feather? any help much appreciated:)
