The game definitly has some high points, using your teams to outflank and out manover german squads can be fun. I like the open design of some the levels , and the landscapes look pretty good for the most part. The graphics are suspect especially in some areas though: the shadows on the faces look horendous, I noticed this immediately, kinda like current gen, the boxy pixily edge rendering of certain objects like trees looks kinda bad. There AI is too easy to beat, and often times an enemy will stand in place motionless waiting for you to shoot. The shooting angles relative to the postion of cpu ai are incorrect sometimes a enemy will fire on you with a gun postion of east and the bullets will literally come out of the barrel at another angle what on earth? The solo missions are the dumbest thing gearbox has done in this series: why did'nt they just have rambo play these house to house missions- speaking of un authenic, house to house fighting in europe caused the highest causlty rates of the entire war. So much for authenticity. the game is decent, I brought and I would only recommend renting it. |

 | Im stuck in Hells highway, baptism of fire, the appartment.
run up stairs , over the box, under the timber, through the door, through the hole on the left into a big room, through low small hole on the right, turn right, into the end room, over the trunk on the left, into the bathroom, turn left into the coridoor with the timber on the left and small open window on the right, route ahead blocked by fire, no matter how quickly I get there.....dead. played it about 50 times and getting fed up.
someone must have done this what am I missing, tried getting out of windows, shooting through wall with no success. Help? Answers: 3 |
