Secret Island	50%
Go to the main road by the Saleen challenge, but keep going until you see a big cliff facing the ocean. Drive up the side until you see a blue logo. Drive into it fast and you will go to a secret island. Drive to the blue logo on the island. If you want, press right on the d-pad over and over again until you get back to the main island, and teleport to the water by the one way downtown road. Then you can drive underwater.
