A1: Charcoal I know is for two quests, the goblin part of the recipe for disaster quest and you grind it for a potion in the digsite quest, theyre both members quests. -Answer by:davebert2006

Q: Where can i make mind runes?

A1: You can make mind runes at the mind alter a bit east of Goblin Village after completing the Rune Mysteries quest.(Requires Mind Talisman and Rune Essence)

A2: U go to thelumbridge castle and on the south stairs are mind runes go and collect em

A3: Go to lumbridge and go to next to the local shop there should be a ? on the mini map go to the one with the staff and right click on her and hit claim

A4: Just a bit east of goblinvillage(requireing mind talisman or mind tiara)(have to wear tiara to get in

Q: Thumy1 here, all i really need to know is how to make that skull scepter if anybody can tell me that would be great!?

A1: U need to go down to the strong hold of serccurity thingy and kill different monsters and then teh frop teh different pieces and then u put them together and they make skull scepter

A2: Kill Every Monster in the "Strong Hold Of Security".

A3: First kill minotaurs on the first lvl of the strpong hold of securaty untill they drop right or left side scull or bottom or top scepter... then kill flesh crawlers on second level untill they drop the same.....then cateplons or watever there called on the third level...... then ankous on the fouth then put all the bits together

A4: Go to strong hold of serciraty there is only 3 or 4 peices kill all typs of monster until u get them then put them togehter note: must at least have a combat of 60 or 70 would be great or just bring lots of food.

A5: First go lvl 1 in strong hold and keep killing moderator till you get a piece of skull second go to lvl2 in stronghold and kill flesh crawlers in lvl3 kill those green cows with horns in last lvl kill ankou then first combined your 2 handles last combined the heads then use it with the scepture handle. note:you need to be high lvl and have lots of food for lvl4 and 3

A1: You can get banned if you do or you can buy accouts from others I have before

Q: Where do you get shade robes and what are they?

A1: In the graveyard

A2: Hey you. I can tell you shades on graveyard but robs r on tha mountin lokatd at seers villg. uze tem a bot tha wil b shads robs

A3: You have to do desert trasure to get shade robes trust me the quest is hard

A4: If you do desert treasure, its not shade robes you get its ghostly robes you get, there the robes you get that make you barely visible

Q: How do I build a house.?

A1: Talk to an eastage agent and then u can buy 1

A2: You build a house by first getting planks and nails. You right click on a piece of furniture and it says build click on it. If you want to make another room you click on the door and it cost money to make another rookm. For certain rooms you have to be a hi lvl.

A3: It says in the manual at the main website of runescape at the left side. Then you you have to go to miscleggeus or somthing. It will say something about houses in there.

A1: Fighter

A2: Elvarg is a range-mage fighter!! lol

Q: Where do you get law runes?

A1: U can kill other monsters with high lvls like hill gaints and they drop law runes sometimes or u have to buy them

A2: Look in banks in worlds with like 1900 members almost always some is selling laws there or ya know add me xboxliver I alwas got laws if u need some

A3: You get from the entrana island there is an alter there most ppl camp there to make law runes for other peopl who hav pure essence

A4: You can kill almost anything to get law runes. But I would suggest level 9 wizards at the Wizard's Tower. To get there, go to Draynor Village and go past where the people are fishing and cutting willows. Turn the run energey "On" and then run past the jail. If you are lucky, the guard will not get past the small fence. Once you get past the jail, you will see a bridge. I know, it's a little long. Cross it and you will see a little island with wizards around it. Kill the wizards inside and outside. Sometimes the wizardswill drop law runes. They drop maximum and minimum of 2 law runes. Note:They use magic. I suggest you use strong melee if you use it.

A5: Lvl 49 wilderness at the place where the members wild seperate the free wild its near the gate with the giant troll ask him "how did u get so fat" he will reply by saying "get out of here or else i,ll kill u" then under his feet should be 30 law runes

A6: U can normally buy them of players 4 1k ea but u can get them if u go 2 the mage arena in about lvl 50 wildy and go left of that, 2 a shack and pull a lever it should telleport u 2 a cave where u can get laws 4 290gp ea p.s. dont take loads of muni there there is a bank when u get there

A7: U can kill black knights in the mountain in the north

A8: In barbarian village killing barbarians thats how I get myn

A9: Law run in world 66 in draynor (members only)

Q: On the imp quest to find the four beads can you just buy the four beads (black,yellow,white,red) or do you have to kill imps yourself to get them?

A1: U can buy them if u wanted to spend money

A2: U can get them for yourself my killing imps (easy at the top of the volcano at karamja by killing imps) or you could just buy it off a player.

A3: Killing them would definitely be best if you are a low lvl like 10 under, but it helps ur lvl anyway

A4: Not in any spacific store, you might get lucky if someone els sells them but otherwise, yes you do halfo kill imps

A5: You have to kill them yourself unless someone on runescape is selling it, otherwise you have to kill imps till they drop them

A6: You can buy them from people

A7: U can buy them or u can kill imps but it takes a lot longer

A8: If your lazey go head buy them but if you want to kill imps its better cause then your lvls can go ^^

A9: Levels can go up for a level 3-5

A10: U can buy them in the grand exchange

Q: Where can i get heps fof runes?

A1: If u want runes it should be at varrock and try to find an fire icon and thats where the runes shop is

A2: Dude no offence but get a good pic then go to varrock go to rune shop and mine rune ess then get tabalisms locate them go to temple and make runes (note u hav to do rune mystery quest first =]

A3: If u want runes u can kill monsters like golblains knights etc. keep doing it until u get lots or u can just look for them on ground. note: best place to get runes is at wizzt tower u have to kill wizzards to get them.

A4: Kill dark wizzards, they give really good runes and lots to!! careful bring archry armor though pl8 is negative vs mage -Answer by:matthewli

A5: In lumby if you go to the shop east of that there on the mini map there is a ? mark next to there claim the magic tutor and she gives you 30 air and 30 mind! (go back in 30 min to get more and it does not matter if you lgo off and log back on she will still not give more to u)

Q: How do you make certifacete?

A1: You can not make certifacete`s

A2: You go to bank with item you wish to certificateize and you press notes in the lower right hand corner

A3: Go into the bank, deposit the item in the bank you wish to make a certificate of, and then go to the option "withdraw as" and select "note" and then click on your item with right click, and withdraw all of them, and you will have note/certificate of the item(s) in your pack. by, Srev

A4: You put the items that you wanna make certificates out of in your bank then at the bottom left of the bank screen it will say " withdraw as- item or note. click note and withdraw.

A5: Go to the bank and chose Note in the lower right or left corner of the bank window and then take something out

A6: Go to lumby where the 3 goblins are trading fish,ore and sumthing else they trade u those items for certificets then go to world 1 and sell them for really good prices =)

A1: Kill as many shade when a random event pcks u

A2: You have to bury 50 bones and a shade shoud appear

Q: How does peaple make like 100mil on killing dark wizards and getting like over 1k of each rune and selling im trying it and its hard to stay alive and plz anser my quistion my user name is dragonmanvc1?

A1: They aint killin dark wizards they kil monsters like lesser demnes and lvl 70 and 67 ghosts and if you are a lvl 120+ you can get this monster one per person in da hole of runescape and it is lvl 116 it s called the karmandifito monster it hits 47's and is in lvl 48 wildi graveyards i have defeated it although I had 4 hitpoints left at the end I was lucky I am a lvl 127 one lvl away from the highest lvl. you can make money by going ahed in wildi wid nothing and run through wildi and ull find lots of stuff sorry you cant make ten mill ask a friend called dragon ben94 he has 213 million I have 435 mill trhough cheating in my sceret way I am un identntified I make 2 mill a day its easy dudes you are all noobs thnx

Q: Where can you find party hats?

A1: On christmas you have to kill high level monsters and they will drop them

A2: Kill Greaters on crimbo and easter and then go to varrok and say "party galore"... a santa hat will apear on the floor. P.S. u Have to kill greaters for 3 hours minimum

A3: Is pritty good by not as good as the other ones

A4: Buy one from someone for 5 mil is wat a party hat worth

A5: The party hats was a holiday drop item. They were released in 2001. barley anyone has them anymore.

A6: answer 1 is incorrect, answer 2 is inncorrect, and answer 3 doesn't make any sense. Answer 4 is correct- at the grand exchange if you want you can buy them and as in answer five, they were given in 2001 and no one has one anymore because those people grew out of this game ( unless I guess they start when they were in like fourth grade)
