A1: Go through the gryffindor portrait.then you will see many doors the first one is the library .go to the library and try not to get caught by the prefects of you'll lose house points if you're going there at night(in the game).there will be another door at the end of the library .that is the restricted section!

A1: Calling hedwig is just to get a letter or to feed it or something.you have to go to the library where you will see a stream of light on a book it is on top one of those book shelfs.so you have to get on top one of the book shelfs jump on to a balcony type of thing and again jump on a book shelf and you will be able to see it.Just try to spot it first while your on one of the book shelfs then you'll know where to go!the place where you'll get it is in a huge room full of books balconis on top having other rooms.
