When you see the submarine use dive infront then you will battle team aqua........after that go to sotopolis.......
Go to the place where the team aqua leader was talking to the other leader(if you reached there). Dive under there. then you will enter a cave with a sub in it. Then surface and you will be in sootopilis. :)

You have to get Regice to a very low HP. before you go into battle save you on accident kill it you can restart. I caught it with a POKeBall I was realy suprised

You've got to get it down into almost 1 HP, then throw Ultra Balls like mad (have at least thirty to be on the safe side, if you have no Timer Balls). Paralyzing it or putting it to sleep helps, too.
A5,poison moves won't affect registeel or any steel types.

You can't PIKACHU but you can catch PIKACHU. You catch PIKACHU in the Safari Zone around the bit under the Acro Bike bridge (do not cross the Acro Bike bridge, go into the field right under it.

There isnt a way to duplicate pokemon but you can brred them though that just makes level 5 pre-evolved forms (doesnt work for legendaries)

Pikachu? if so you find it in the safari Zone on route 121 near lilycove. when in the safari zone as soon as you enter look in the patch of grass that you see. It took me a while to catch it but if you be patient you will find it.
P.S. if you get a tropius or a masquerain that knows sweet scent you can spend all the time you want in the safari zone because sweet scent make pokemon appear even if you are standing there but you have to be in a patch of grass.

U can also trade a pikachu in fortree city
You can trade a Picachu for Skitty at Foretree. Once you beat the Elite Four, you can also find it on Route 116

Yes there is a few ways.1 is to trade to emerald and use the clone cheat. how to do.

OK don't listen to the above not only can he/she not spell but this method will corrupt your file , One master ball is in the hidden base of team aqua (sapphire) and team magma (ruby) so thats one on each, The second you have to win by pure luck. Go to Lillycove and go to the big department store there are 2 women at the front desk talk the the women on the right and follow the steps if you are lucky you will get all 6 matching numbers and you will win a second master ball ! .....but this can only be done once after this the master ball will be replaced with another valuable item.
Dont listen to any of them execpt for me first defeat elite 4 then go to battle frontier go to the battle tower and go to pc (far top right) put the pokemon u want in box 9 (not sure if u can do two or more at a time if it doesnt work try one) well back to the cheat after you do all that get out of the pc and save then after saving withdraw the pokemon and talk to the multi link battle lady closest to the pc talk to her then go to challenge level 50 and choose two different pokemon not the ones u r going to clone or it wont work then when she ask u if you wnat to save say yes then there will be a short pause in that pause press a+b+select +start all at the same time many times that will restart your game it will not erase any game memory then once it restarts and you reload your file go to pc and go to box 9 and the pokemon you chose will be in your party and in box nine it might take many tries but once you learn how to do it it will be easy and you can clone legands too good luck oh ya I forgot IT WILL NOT CORRUPT YOUR GAME! bye
Yes it is! Trade one over from leafgreen, firered, and ruby. then u have 4 masterballs then u save and u save again and u will still have 4 masterballs. Then u turn it off and turn it back on and u still have 4 masterballs. its amaizing!!
Yes if you play emerald you find masterball but don't use ball at all keep it for battle frontier and duplicate ball get as many you wants

In the back of the manual you get with pokemon leaf green or fire red it shows how to speak braille..
Your best bet is to go to a gaming store or pawn shop and look for the saphire version complete guide. it has the complete code in there, and it is a fairly large book.
I just wanna start out by saying you can't speak braille! And the part that you need to know braille:
-First get to the spot where you need to dive when going through the currents from Pacifidlog, then enter the cave-type thing.
-The braille you will see there says that you need to use dive there [you will get to a new above-water cave]
-Go to the back of the cave, where there is braille, it says that you need a Relicanth in your lead slot and a Wailord in your last slot, when you read it, and have those pokemon in the right slots you will unlock all the Regi pokemon caves [Regice, Regirock, Registeel]
-search around, and you will find those caves, I'll give you a heads-up by saying one of them is in the area where the sandstorm desert is, go all the way right, then down, and there will be a cave there

Oh wow this is the 1st time ive submitted a cheat! to get jirachi, you must collect all 200 pokemon. then I think go 2 the space centre in mosdeep. talk 2 a guy and I think he'l tell you a countdown 4 a rocket.
Thats pretty simple just beat the elite twice then he'll say we sucsefully lauched rocket no.1. then in two days go beat the elite again or somthing until he asks if you want to go in to space.
Y have to beat the elite four, get 200 pokemons on the pokedex, get master rank in all 5 contests, get all the decorations to your secret base and beat 50 or 100 trainers iin the trainer tower, then y should have five stars on y trainer card then go to the spacecenter in mosdeep city and talk to the man there says that the rockot is shootet op in the air 100 times. then he ask y about y will go the space and there are jhiracy.

Well you have to have the pokemon colloseum bonus disk, which you get from preordering the game. and on the disc you can get a jirachi !
First of all, i've have all 200 hoen pokemon and I didn't go to space! You need the pokemon colleseum bonus disc or go to the pokemon event.
First of all jirachi is not in space(she would'nt be able to breathe duh!) second of all,i bet anyone a hundred million bucks that if they catch even all of the poke'mon from every region it won't do doodley squat to get you jirachi!(my older cuz tried)third of all,using a gameshark is an even dumber idea than sticking your head in a toilet,calling "jirachi!"
the only way is to buy poke'mon colluseam and put the bonus disk in, battle a friend,and win a battle against them 3 times(with your gameboy as the controller).it will then tell you that you've won a jirachi egg as a reward!

U can defeat the elite 4 without dieing by choosing a mudkip from the start in prof.birch's bag. when it becomes swampert, the suitable moves are ICE BEAM, EARTHQUAKE, SURF and the last one is up to u:). 2 me these are the best moves because ICE BEAM is for drake SURF and EARTHQUAKE are 4 Steven, sydney, glacia and phoebe. :)

By catching kyogre and starting off with torchick because torchick should have already evolved into combusken then blaziken.Blaziken should be good agianst sidney's grass pokemon with either ember or blaze kick.phoebe's ghost pokemon with ember.Glacia's ice pokemon with blaze kick, or ember.Drake's dragon pokemon with kyogre.{switch kyogre with the startoff pokemon before you battle him so drake doesn't attack first}.With kyogre use ice beam and sheer cold. JUst to tell you, you may think your done battling but you still have the champion steven to go.I just used my blaziken and kept using sky uppercut on every pokemon and won.Then your done battling. GOOD LUCK BEATING THE ELITE FOUR!!

You do not need to get a certain starter pokemon. Catch Kyogre. If you can also catch the three regis then it is also way easier to beat the elite four.
By the way, the last person who responded, you must get the regis after you beat the pokemon league.

give your pokemon lemonade soda pop rare candy once and awhile also give them protein and stuff like that and buy them lava cookies
you should also every day after a hard day of work training treat them to a vacation like the game corner in mauville or go to lavridge town or go to lily cove department and spend a nice day with a shopping spree or go to pokemon contests as well treat them to some candy like pokeblocks

All I did was go to sky pillar and caught an altaria at lvl 57 then I killed the first of the elite four then the second etc. until lvl 100 it levels up fast and its powerful with the right nature. It only takes 600000 exp till 100 and thats half of a rayquaza buts its just as good.

U defeat the elite four by training your pokemon and by lots of revives, hyper potins, full restores, full heals.. I would know I defeated the elite four with my strongest pokemon lv 45
First, get a Gloom.Then use sun stone.
Evolve Gloom with a Sun Stone (wich I didn't do & I got Vileplume.)
Get an oddish and evolve it to a gloom, then go to the sootopolis spaceport and upstairs some old guy will giv you a sunstone... Helpful?

U have to breed a pickachiu and a richu but the pickachu has to have a light balll

A1 you can only do that in diamond or pearl.

Ummm....lets see....its the same with any pokemon.....you weaken it and throw a ball....ive caught it with a pokeball before...so dont listen to the 2nd or 3rd guy......ive also caught it with ultra, dive, and great balls
Get its health real low then paralyze it I find the best move for this is dragon breath as it has a really high chance of paralyzing! then just keep throwing Ultra balls at it OH and there is no need to press buttons like most of the nubs on here do as it makes no difference what so ever and the rate at which you catch a Pokemon is generated at random but with better balls it maximizes the chance of catching a Pokemon have fun!
Weaken it and use a net ball or dive ball. (Net balls easier)
Use a master ball. That DOES work. I have it... Before you chase after team aqua for the Red Orb they took, in Team Aqua's Hideout keep going into the hole's until you find an office...If you don't get what i'm saying just keep picking up Poke' Balls. Once you get to Sottopolis get ready to fight him. IF you get him his move are Ice Beam: Calm Mind: Hydro Pump: Body Slam. If not with the Master ball it takes over 100 poke balls or over 50 great balls! That wont work either because when you keep throwing them he'll keep attacking you after they miss. Unless you have a Pokemon or three over lvl. 85, that wont work!

It is very simple, it is better to save your master ball. Best chance is to get a shedninja. First, parilyze with an electric pokemon by thunder wave. Then send out shedninja. Kyogre will not hurt you because of wonder guard. ONce his health is low throw ultra balls repeadetly.
You just weaken his health and then through ultra balls it will be easier if you parralize him or put him asleep (ofcoarse he will keep waking up) but it is not garenteed that you will catch him though
U can use any kind of pokeball to catch it but it just has to be really weak because I caught 1 with a pokeball

On route 119 there is a river along there use surf then fish with your super rod you can also land on the side of the river and fish it is very rare but keep at it and you should be able to find it

You gbring wailord and relicanth into the sealed chamber I dont remember how exactly but you put one of them at the front and the other at the back of your party
First surf to the curents on the left of pacifidlog town then use dive in the middle of the five big rocks.Then find the brail and use dive again and you will be inside a huge cave (not the regis cave).Go to the back wall with more brail and use dig.For the next step you must have a relicanth (dive at route 124 to find) wich takes a long time to find in front of your party and a wailord (make wailmer evolve to get) at the end and go to the other wall and read the brail and you will here a sound,that means the regis are unlocked.After that go to dewford and surf as far as you can left and then surf fowards to a patch of land and cross it ,after that surf fowards a little bit more and you will see the first regi cave.Go in and read the brail for two min. and a door will open to regice.The second cave is near fortree, in that cave go to the middle and use fly and the door will open.The third cave is at the back of the desert, in that cave read the brail and move two steps right and two steps down and use strength.
