A2: Latias can be just about anywhere. After you beat th Elite Four, you just have to get lucky. If you see it, your Pokedex will save it, and you'll be able to track it. But that doesn't make a whole lot easier, because a lot of times Latias moves a soon as you get to the area it's in, so you have to constantly check your Latias' area on the Pokedex

A3: Once you beat the Elite Four you go to the Battle tower and win the battle tower and Latias will be there.

A4: I know a cheat code to get latias. 1st you get a acro bike. 2nd you get 3-5 repels. Then you go to slatport city then go all the way up to the first patch of grass next to cycling road use repel then hold down b in the grass for 20 seconds there's your latias.

A1: Okay first pacificlog town isn't under water I believe you have to get through the town with kyogre in it and deafeating the gym leader (it's an ice type gym leader) before getting to pacificlog

A1: U get a deoxys. once you hav beaten the elite 4 and the champion steven, you go to mossdeep city, and speak to all of the people. one of them will ask you if you want to go to the moon. say yes. SAVE BEFORE CATCHING, THERE IS ONLY ONE! If you still have your masterball. put it to good use. I dont think you can get mew in sapphire version, you hav to trade with a different game.

A1: Go to routh 127 and use dive and you should find a small cave,go inside and you should find their submarine.

A2: On route 207 use dive and go inside the cave and you will find it go up and you be at there base hope this helps beating them!

A1: Wow, thats hard. If you don't have a guide that shows you all the rooms and paths, you just have to wing it. Get all your strongest Pokemon together and just try your best. The good news is that after you reach the Elite Four Building, you never have to go through that infernal place again, you just fly directly to the building!
