A1: Sadly there are none... just asign them and you'll get a random item fro it...

A2: There is a certain order to get the angel earrings to gather information choose the team with Blutzen to ask lindblum for help choose the team with Laudo to fire the cannons chosse the team with Dojebon to help the townspeople chosse the team wiht Weimar if you choose oteher combination you´ll get other items but is better to aim for the earrings

Q: Where is Chocobo's paradise?

A1: It's on this one island (can't remember what it's called) but you find it by searching the corners of the world map. Its kind of on the very corner. Just circle around till you find it.
