Q: How do u get the red light to turn green in the milking room?

A1: In the milking room, the light will turn green ONLY if a cow that can be milked walks by it. If you notice, when you walk by, the light is red, but if a milkable cow walks by, the light turns green. -Answer by:Leif

Q: How do u get the tartan?

A1: At Chapter 3 go into Takakura's house when he goes in,just follow Taka until he goes in. When you go in, a cutscene will occur. In order for Tartan to let you hybrid, you have to reapeditly talk to him. It will take a long time, but its worth it.
