A1: He is an alien wich if you hit, you get powr ups

A2: He is a theif that randomly appers in city trial. If you attack him, he drops items and powerups.

Q: Is there a second city in citytrial? If so, how do you get to it?

A1: The closest thing I can think of is the city in the sky. To acess it you enter the volcano that has a ring of smoke coming from it. It is just a small tree on a small circular platform. If you reach it, then you will clear a block on the checklist.
