A1: You have to unlock them by beating certin missions in a certin amount of time. then under multiplayer it will say cheat codes. -Answer by:snowboots

A2: If you have a button code to unlock a cheat, you can go to the Cheat Options menu and enter the code and hold the last entry until you hear a small beep. Exit the menu and then when you go back in the new cheat should be there.
