The All Cup Tour is a tournament in which all 16 races you did in the other cups are combined into one cup. Instead of 4 races, there are 16, and the scoring has a max of 160, not 40. To unlock it, play every cup and get either in the top 3 or 1st place. Remember this: You MUST finish all other cups on 50, 100, and 150. (I'm not sure about mirror, I finished the game 3 years ago ;) Good Luck!

The all cup tour is the tour that is all four cups together. so there are 16 races total. they aren't in order though. I think they're either random or they are in order from easiest to most challenging.

Try looking on faqs... it really depends on what cc you're going on and what car you're using... But, just remember, some of this cup's courses has only 2 LAPS!!!

I TOTALLY say baby mario, toadette, and toad's kart
they are THE BEST. baby mario's sp. item is chompchomp the dog thing which pulls you around really fast and attacks the other people in the race, and toadette's sp. item is the golden mushroom with the little crown on top... whatever it's called, its REALLY good! it's like 15 boosts all at the same time. you have to repeatedly press X and you'll go REALLY fast! it takes a little while to get used to though... well hope you choose my favorite characters next time you play! have fun! )

Well, my best combo is paratroopa and toadette in the bullet car, if you want speed. But, if you want good items and haven't unlocked boo or petey, go for Yoshi and Toad. Or, if you're the kind of person that likes to bash people around, use Wario and Bowser or Waluigi and DK.
Yes, except that, there are limitations to what car you can ride. For example, if you play as baby mario and bowser, you can't choose baby mario's car. Get it? BUT..... There is a mystery car EVERYONE can ride... Let's see if you can get it! (Don't spoil it people!) Good luck!

People farther back into last place tend to get the best items. But, of course, you want to get 1st, right? So, maybe it really doesn't matter asking that.
