A1: Dude if your on 62% you havent finished all the races. While in explore mode press start and go to Jump To Garage, then, when your at the garage, go to world map and it will have all the stages of the game. browse each stage and if you come to a race that says not completed, race it. Do this in every stage until all races are completed.
