Before you battle toya you get two choices, if you want the game + you have choose not to kill him them beat the queen of ice then beat the most annoying monster in the game. his name is infinity.
The water temple is in the mines outside of the resistanceHQ. You actually pass it when your in one of the carts, then you just follow that cart rail straight back and it will be on your left. You can also check your location with the map when you press the start button. I found it to be helpful in the mines.

Alright! Here is the way to beat Kou Just have Atsuma with a high level
and his HP,EP,Direct,and Ranged parameters to somewhere near 300-500 at the most. and Sometime in the battle use the new EX skill you get before the battle It is an 6-8 hit combo called the "Stun bead flare" it requiores 55 EX points to use and then just figure the rest out
The fire temple is outside london city on your way to yokohama. before you go down the stairs to the military base hit the start button. The map will show you nearby there is another entrance way nearby, that is the fire temple.
The water temple is in the mines before the resistance hideout. Once you are in the mines you can hit the start button and get the map. the water temple is labled on the map. You just have to find your way there. In one of the carts you get into you will pass it, once you get out just follow the rail and you will come right to it.
The wind temple is outside of sayaka's village. It is a small path, but I would pull up the map so you can see it before you go into her village.
I have no answer yet for the earth temple I can't remember where it is.

Ok I found the Earth temple. It is on the first leg of Vorbis Volcano's path on your way to the sage. Oh don't bring yoki in she gets crushed very quickly.

Save your game outside the fire temple. Enter the fire temple and stay near the entrance. 3 Sabertooths will attack you. they are way too strong to defeat but they cannot reach you w/ their attacks. use long range attacks and you will gain a ton of exp... (note: two or three of your party will did in the first attack alone.)
Well I havent beat him but if you're having trouble with the HP and EP regeneration just use Atsuma's New EX skill "Force Pain" and the just keep attacking him and you will have him in the bag.
oh, yeah I almost forgot to add this into my advice(when you beat the Lord of Earth you will receive part of his magicore and you will have mastered the Art of "Gaea")

And also He has a support ability called DAMAGE -95%
Im not sure if this helps bt its been a while since I finished the game.. if Atsuma has a flare attack like "flare rush" or something use that and have karin heal atsuma every turn and have raigar use the skill which boosts defence!!(barrier accel) oh and when ur ex gauge is up dont use atsumas coz it only does 1 big blow to its health whereas if u use raigars he can deal some devastating blows! bt keep karin healing both of em'! im not too sure if u have any of those skills at that point im just working from memory here! hope that helped....
Q:How do I get to main enemy boss in the holy shrine by junk city?

First you have to go around to the fire,water,earth, and wind shrines then you get stones used to unlock the other bosses beat them and then I guess he just appears but im working on that myself at the moment

Go thru the portals that tell that tough monsters are ahead and beat the golems at the bottom of the stairs

Hey, The Orbs go in the Holy Beast Cave Located at Junk City. Go into junk city and go to the Door where you would go into the Desert. Don't go into the desert stay in Junk city. Now if your facing the door to the Desert, turn around to where your facing the city. Alright Now start walking and turn right, you should see the palace to the upper left of your screen right just keep walking down the alley way to the door in front of you. Thats the door to hell let me tell you because once you go past the door you have a green mile to walk to the Holy Beast Cave. Be ready in there because there's 13 Levels of HELL in there and the 13th level Is Omega, but he's worth the ticket. Happy Hunting!!!

Go to Junk City. There are three exits/entrances. One you use when you first arrive, one you use to go to Kyoto, and a third just past Fubial's house. Take the third one, and follow the path to the shrine. There will be four alters to place the orbs into.
