A1: Here are 2 ways to see Sims without the censor bars. One way is to have a female Sim then buy the heartbed and have them get in it when you select vibrate. Keep pausing the screen until she's about to lay completely down and the censor bar will be low enough for you to see their... well, you know what I mean. A1: I suggest before you start to load your game to the cheat code to make all objects free. Then re model the entire house by puttin radios, a bar, a pool, etc. Through the biggest party in your sim life seeing as you dont have a real one! lol j/k!

A2: Enter the code 'freeall' and then you can buy anything you want without charge. For anything under build mode, you must have enough money to buy the item. The only downside is when you sell the stuff back, you get no money for it.
