A1: When you defeat the plant monster, it will uncover a blue eco vent and also a blue eco jump pad. Run over to the vent and charge up with blue eco, then run to the jump pad and press x. You will jump really high through an opening in the ceiling and then land on the tallest drum in the jungle, also accessing the precursor orbs which lie above it.
