A1: I dnt think soo...... every place I go only has the same crap....... its worthless.....

Q: Where is the underwater scooter?

A1: The under water scooter is in the big dok but you have to press something on a controll pannel to activate it but it is useless because there are bombs under the water that kill you if you go anywere near them.

A2: U need to do a mission that you nee to destroy a massive sip you will find it in a dock just press the panel and it will come down jump in the water and use it just watch out for the mines they will kill u

A3: It is in the harbour in the docking bay you will find it on the bottom of it.

A4: Yeah I think I saw it in a brady games mag for sale you can get it on a side mission somewere but I can not find it I so want IT

A5: It's in a doke you have to prease a buton on a controle panale to jump in it but theres mines all in the water so it's not realy that big of a deale

A1: Most safehouses don't have a helipad, but the lighthouse one does and so the Jackson skreemer is there.

Q: What deos heavy drop viechels things mean or whatever can you giv me some advice for how to get good fast cars and stuff?

A1: It means a car a boat will drop when you go into the heavy drop screen and highlight the thing you what and it will drop out of the sky

A2: Heavy drop veichles are things you can get dropped from a helicopter. (You must be on a flat, level surface and you must be under nothing.)

A1: Its at one of the 2 military bases in encarnacion

A2: Not exactly . But you can find it where you got it : the coast north west of the presedential island. Hope I helped

A1: Probably the Garrett Paladin cos its fast and it has guns, but I think theres also some ultra-rare superfast car with a white trim underneath. Saw it posted somewhere

A1: No sorry mate but I think you can get one with them cheat games like max player or somthin.

Q: How do you liberate the capital because when I go 2 the green circle on the map the man is not there?

A1: I thought that once, but he is hiding from the enemy. look behind a tree there or something.

A2: In the city prison there is another guerrilla. Complete two of his side missions, then the other man will apear.

A3: Liberate all the other provinces around the capital then keep doing side missions for the geurrila in the prison until the green man appears -Answer by:mboy1236

A2: Just Do Side Missons or missons

A3: Get the blue dots they urn 10 points of friendship wen you do

A4: Try Librating trickyvilliages and bases,if you pick the right 1 it will earn 50 relation points.

A5: Just do the same side-missions at the same place and get a helicopter but you need to be motivated to do it I got up 5 ranks of the riojas in one day so motivation is the key

Q: Tell me how to find a very fast car?

A1: Try going to a Rioja safehouse. They always seem to have fast yellow cars

A2: One of the bases has a really fast monster truck.

A3: In one of the safehouses theres a customised car

A4: If you have found the rioja 2 safehouse then find the yellow car which is called Yukuda Tournament
