It is found on the little grasy area in the water when you leave the city under lake of rage, (dont remeber name ) on your way to ice cave

Save before you use the PC. Take the Pokemon you want to be cloned, and put it in the PC Box. Then, change boxes, and shut the power off at "SAVING...DON'T TURN". Hope that helps.

Talk to copy cat in saffron. When you go back, she should have lost her poke doll. You can find it at the route station joints, I think the one before vermillion. the guy will say that he found a poke doll. take it and give it back to copy cat. she will give you a rail pass. The one up topis wrong after you beat the gym leader you go to the flower shop in goldenrod talk to the flower ladie then she will give you a squirt bottle

Q:How do I find the legendary dogs if has already been a while since they ran off?

Walk around in tall grass anywhere(legendary dogs are not found in the Kanto region). Once you find a legendary dog you can try to weaken it ,but make sure you don't knock it out(every time you battle a legendary dog you get to attack once before it flees from battle , but the damage you inflict will remain for future encounters). Once you battle a legendary dog its ever-changing location will appear on your Pokedex. Then you can locate where the legendary dogs are in Johto.

This is the easiest way to catch them.
U will need a pokemon under lvl 40
1.duplicate masterball (need 4 so you can keep one)
2.buy a LOT of repels
3.fly to first city (recommended)
4.go through route 29 to 2nd city ( use repels so you dont meet lvl 3)
5. use masterball when you meet them
i promise you find them all if you just are patient
Once un see them use pokedex to track their location.I recoomend using a level 46 buterfree that knows sleep powder otherwise it will run away,also use mean look so it cant escape

U get to attack depending on your pokemons speed raikou is the fastet you pokemons speed must be over 100
Go to Bill Grandfather in Johto in Ceralean City go up the bridge and fight the trainers and talk to Misty and go to the building and to talk ot the old man he'll want to see pokemons if you show him pokemons he will give you stones

Don't listen to A3. He NEVER gives you a mew or mewtwo in lvl 70... the only thing he gives you are this :
1. show him likitung- everstone
2. show him oddish- leafstone
3. show him staryu- waterstone
4.growlithe(on gold) or vulpix(on silver)- firestone
5. breed a pickachu to get pichu- thunderstone

First go to lavender town then go to the huge tower next talk to the man in a room he will give you a card. go to the radio on your pokegear and you will get the flute.
You go from New Bark town East (Right), and then fly when you are in the water to Indigo Plateau, and then go on the left enterance into the area before Silver Cave, and then you will see the enterance Northwest of the Pokemon Center.
