The way to get surf is to go to the safari dont waste time just keep going until you find the secret house wher you get surf you can make an glinch by using the safari zone by using your time until it gets to 50 or less the save at the doors then turn the power of the on or just press a b start select and walkthrough the doors and he wont say leaving early he will say would you like to come in say no then fly to cinabar island and surf to the right and the bell will ring and go out the building and welcome to glinch city.
Q:How do you wake up the pokemon that are sleeping on the place where you get to fuchsia city?

You wake them up by going to lavender town, then going to the pokemon tower after obtaining the silph scope, once you get the silph scope go to the last staircase you will now it's the last staircase because there is a pokemon blocking it{cubones dead mother} once you beat her {You can't catch Cubones mother because she is dead} go up the stair case beat all the rockets. Then you see an old man named Mr. Fugi. He asks you to visit his place{pokemon House} and he gives you a pokeflute once obtained go back to where the pokemon was sleeping and use the pokeflute use you use it it wakes up mad! I recomend to put it to sleep with hypnosis or sleep powder. Theres you chance to catch it! You better stock up on pokeballs,greatballs,or ultraballs!

Its very complacated...
first you need to reset your game(witch I did.. but youl get over it)
then go through the game and go up to nuget bridge battle everybody except the first one on the top (its not a hiker) its sorta like this

battle everybody but the mew guy(hes a kid trainer)
then continue on with you game untill you get to lavender town.
then go left and save right infront of the underground path door
then (note:you have to do it really fast( the reason why you save it is if you mess up you dont have to start over and so you can battle him agian)) k now walk straight at the man underneath you and press start(note:you need fly)
the man will be there with an ! above his head then fly to nugget bridge
and battle the mew guy(NOTE: DO NOT WALK NEXT TO HIM TO BATTLE HIM MAKE HIM WALK TO YOU. IF YOU DONT THE GAME WILL FREASE)
after you battle him fly back to lavender town then go left agian then you will see the start menu pop up (the final step) all you have to do is hit he B button and a lvl 7 mew will appear..
(NOTE: you can do this with other trainers) for example the person that you escaped from battle the start menu will pop up near him
so you can do this with other trainers and you can get other rare or common pokemon like a garados lvl 7 or a charizard lvl 7

You found articuno in the cave an island when you wont to go to cinnabar island(you need surf),you found zaptos in cerulean city but you go to the west and you need surf to go in a big bulding and you found moltres in the cave when you go in Indigo Plateau you need a pokemon then it can sleep the pokemon if you dont have a master ball.

Moltrace is after MT.ember you will need strength an bolder break. Zapdos is in the power plant.Arnicuto is in the sea foam islands.you should use the duplication cheat for master balls.

You can tade him into Gold/Sliver/Crystal but not into Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald or D/P as they are Advanced games and will not support the older graphics and pokemon

Mew is catchable in red version. I have done it before with a cheat that I can't remember at the moment.You can go to another cheat website to get it.
