I'm not sure if theres a cheat, but if you keep buying ammo for one specific gun, the numbers dissapear and that means your ammo is infinite. the only problem is it costs a lot of money

First you go to star fish island an you go to the house nearest the fence and you put in this cheat down left up l1 r1 triangle circle x so when your going full speed and press down the car hops into the air. you go in the yard and you go full speed towards the gate and you press down and it might take a few tries I died 2 times but it works

Yes you can but you cannot drive it you will jus be taken around the city although it isnt veryu gd it goes all glitchy so you have to reload but if you want to do it get an ambulance and park it on the runway jump on the wing and p[ress triangle it may take a cuple of goes but it works

No, but you can go near the small ship near the viceport(not the gigantic ship with cargoes) thenjump down and swim. When you see the pillars holding the road that blocked you from going to second island, jump onto it and rest your swimming energy then swim to second island.
