Q:I cannot release the line and my big fish are allways breaking it on me. The control pannel says pull left trigger, but it doesnt seem to matter if I tap it or hold it. someone please help and offer some advice.

Whenever you're trying to reel in the big ones, in addition to letting your line out (hold LT most of the time) you need to set your drag to 1, this should keep your line from breaking.

Dont listen to a1 because I tried that and it doesnt work. To set the hook in the fish in Rapala tournament fishing for xbox360 it is as easy as hitting down at the right time on the right analog stick. the game says to push up. no idea why. because I hook them like everytime now when I hit down. Have fun fishers.

You have to simply find what works for different style fish. For instance, for flat head cat fish use a cd11 Countdown lure. Use the red color, I think it's called HOT MUSTARD MUDDLER. Then simply find a channel, figure out which way the current is going and position yourself so that the current is coming towards you. I've caught flat heads upwards of 90+ lbs. But you better have the tough line with 25 lb. test on it.
Also, if you are looking for bass, go to a swampy area. I like to use the Red Craw Fat Rap, the biggest size. Then just search the map you are in. They are all over. I've caught 20lbs. on this trick.
If you want some real fun, try using a SuperShad Rap in HOT TIGER.....then go to a map where you have striped bass. I've caught these up to about 50 lbs. And they fight!
