U go to your tamer house and go to your digilab PC. When you get there go to Special Digivolve (DNA Digivolve) and choose wat digimons you want to DNA Digivolve. Then it will ask do are you sure and say yes.

I just know certain ones... near the end, Lazy Megidramon and Cool Vikemon in the farm. There are two quests after that but I'm stuck in a certain stage and can't figure out what the last Species quest is. I think it has to do with Gallantmon Crimson Mode.

There are two (or three, if you count the Legend Tamer quest) ways to unlock quests.
1) Do a specific Union quest. Some quests require Digimon in places not open yet.
2) Have a certain Digimon with a certain personality (most of the time) on the farm, then go to the appropriate counter. Here's a few that I know:
Cool Veedramon (Veemon --> Veedramon)
Octomon (Betamon --> Octomon)
Tapirmon (Thriller Ruins)
3) Legend Tamer Quest only, you need to be a Platinum Tamer, clear the Gaia Origin quest, and one other thing I can't remember.

For the last quest you need to have linked with someone wireless of wifi you need to have beaten the gaia origin challenge and you need to be a platinum tamer I suggest losing the gaia origin challenge on purpose for expirience

Gaomon? The way I got mine is by getting a Leomon and degenerating it...though if you're not at the Palette Amazon yet, it's better to pick up Kumamon from Chip Forest and go through the in-training route.

Actually, there's a sliver of a chance that with a Digimonopedia {Might be Digipedia} that you can gain 1 aptitude from training your digimon with it. {2% chance}. Also, DNA'ing that digimon has a good chance on raising the level cap by one or two levels.
