A1: First you need to get into the laundret room and get the Keys to the cleopatra suite. once you get into the suite pass througth the mirror and get the jeweled heart from the pool. Break the heart in the vice and get the weding ring, put the ring in the callender and get the keys to room 500, open the room in the mirror world and beware of the monster you will have to fight.
