To open the gold stairs their switches under the rocks.You can break them by energy attacks like goku's kamehameha trunks flame kamehameha or goten's kamekameha.The switches are circular and inbetween them is a red dot.When you find any switch just go and touch it.when all the gold stairs are opened just go up and go left until you find another road which goes up here no switch is required and you will find a flying sign go there and press a button you will go on a train.There fight enemies and go to let side until you find rectangular hole just go there and the character will jump down then go to right right until you find the people and kill the enemies in that bogey and talk to people that fat man will give you the dragon ball.

The gold stairs are locks you have to walk around the dessert and when you see a boulder use an energy blast 2 times keep doing that until you find 4 switches

To run orange star high school track 3 times in 16 seconds you either need goku super saiyan 3 or gotenks super saiyan 3

Beat the game then get goten or trunks to fuse.Then turn super sayain 3,or you could do the same with goku.This will work because when you turn super sayain 3 your speed is different than your normal and super sayain form.

Get a sacred water or wear better clothes ex:titanium armor, sneakers, spirit geta
