A3: Easiest way is to do trades before you enter Dynasty Mode cos they all go through. If you have already started, you must match ratings, salaries and interest. It is much harder but just look for players who the other team is interested in first. You might also get a counter offer, too.

A1: Y, have to time it right. Helps if said defender has a nice block rating. Easier to block jumpshots then it is to block dunks/layups...
