Have you got the right level of house?I think you need a level 3 house to be able to marry. Also do you have the blue feather? You need that to give to your beloved. Theodore will show you where and how to get it when you have 10 hearts and the right house.
Q:Can anybody help me? My daughter is playing this game and has no idea how to upgrade her house in levels? any help is much appreciated (she has gotten 10 stars with the mayor if this means anything, lol?)

Become friends with woody(he likes branches) then go into his shop and then on remodel and you will be able 2 get a bigger house

Go to woody and stand in front of the conter and then press a then a menu will come up with lots of optins press a on the remodel option and chose what ever one you want

Go to the Junk Shop and go on rucksack, it's alot of money but it gives you more space!

her daily phrase becomes "i wish i had some wool or yarn(i don't no the exact phrase) a short while after this you will unlock a cut sutsene.
don't give her the wool or yarn just yet. wait until the cut sene is unlocked or else the wool or yarn becomes another preasent.
she will then tell you to give her the wool or yarn to her. once the cutsene is unlocked you can then give her the wool or yarn.
Q:When you get a barn you get a pig, but the guy who gave you the pig ( the creepy clown faced dude) says that it can find rare truffles...how do you get your pig to find them. thanx
p.s, I got 50 notes and it was really easy but the credits take forever.?

I've heard, but not done this myself Once recieving the pig from Gourmet, you have to befriend it and get the pig up to 4 hearts at least. You then take the pig to some mora trees, (I don't know where they are, but you can plant some too, They take around 20 days to grow fully). The pig will start sniffing and then will squeal and a '!' will appear above it's head. With your hoe, hoe at the ground and truffles should appear. ~Hope this helped.

Make friends with Martha in the clinic at least 2 hearts. Wait for the cutscene where she tells you that she can make you abigger rucksac if you give her yarn. Give her a ball of yarn and you will get a rucksac that holds 15 objects
To befriend animals, you have to give them food. Some will like weeds but most don't. You can also befriend animals by picking them up.
To befriend people you give them gifts about once a day.

I harvest crops. At the beginning of fall on the first year I had around 50,000G. in spring I planted bread fruit (300G to sell and 2days to re-harvest) in summer I planted cocoa and corn (corn takes 2 days to reharvest and sells for 300G and cocoa sells for 320G but takes 4 days to re-harvest) in fall I planted eggplants (sell for 240G which is the most you can get from plants in fall and can be re-harvested but it takes 2 days) and in winter I couldn't plant so I went to the winte mine.
Note: on each of these crops I had fertile land and I had 16 of them. the shape was two 3by3 squares without the middle square.
