How Do U Play As A Zombie Offline?

You have to have two controllers. turn them both on and then go too versus. then you have both players sign in and have the second player join the game and then choose your player. then start the game. this works with up too 4 players

Sign in 2 controllers. go onto versus and select play with friends. press x and select versus mode. then choose either infected or survivors on both controllers (there must be 1 of each team or the game will not start) As infected the AI will randomly spawn you as Smoker, Hunter or Boomer wen you die. wen a tank appears you will become the tank, whether your current infected is dead or not, but it will continue to run around as an AI controlled infected while you r the tank. if you lose control you will spawn as a different infected, not the tank or the previous infected, but one of the 2 remaining titles. Witches and Common Zombies can not be played

U dont need to be online to go on versus you just need 2 xbox360 controllers. sign in 2 accounts on 2 controllers (if you dont have 2 accounts put player 2 on as guest) then select versus mode. select play with friends, then press X to create a lobby, select versus mode. you will come to the lobby like wen your startin a campaign. choose a character on both pads. (if player 1 goes infected player 2 must go survivors, and vice versa. after the survivors reach the end of a level or the infected kill/ incap etc all survivors, the same level will be played again, but the survivors will be infected, and the infected will play as survivors. and the same in the rest of the levels. in versus mode, a major difference is that tanks and witches show up in the first levels of campaigns, whereas they dont in campaign, single player or offline co-op

On Left 4 Dead to play offline co-op mode, do you have to have a memory module or harddrive on the Xbox 360 console to be able to sign in and access the offline cooperation mode? I keep reading that each player must sign in. I assume that is to sign in in order to save progress and not to sign into xbox live. Is this correct. The game is listed as being able to have 2 player offline content and so xbox live should not be necessary. Thanks in advance. I am a new Xbox 360 owner so I apologize if my questions are seem dumb.

How do I kill a witch without taking damage to get the achievement?

A1:

Play on the Easy difficulty. Get a shotgun, and find a Witch. Quickly approach the Witch with your flashlight off. As she rises, quickly shoot her in the head to kill her and get the "Cr0wnd" achievement.

A2:

Use the auto shotgun. Three blasts will do it.

A3:

I just got it today doing it on easy mode I threw a molotove at the witch and then just pumped with the auto shotgun worked like a charm but I guess the first answer is better since it gives you 2 achievments in 1

A4:

Well the best thing to do is to play on any difficulty (easy being the best). It would be better to get an auto-shotgun then it would to get a pump shotgun simply because if you don't kill her in one shot you can put a whole extra shot into her. Walk up BEHIND her with the flashlight off. Try to clear the whole area of zombies because it does take a while before she gets up and I find myself getting pounced on Hunters or ensnared by Smokers alot. When she is getting up right when she looks at you and is almost standing up you want to shoot her in her back. Not in her head because not all the bullets are guaranteed to hit her head.

Or you could just go watch the video on the Xbox 360. [=

Look for a near gas tank, turn off your light on your gun, toss the ga tank near the witch, shoot the tank, and run backwards while shooting -Answer by:Tmbravo

Get an Auto Shotgun (u need auto shotgun nothing else is strong enough) wen you see a witch turn your light off and stand right next to it as close as you can get. keep aiming at its head and follow its head and wen its standing up and screaming and shaking its head shoot. it will kill it in 1 hit if done right. if you werent close enough or if you did it too early it will take 2 or 3 extremely fast shots. try to get it right between the eyes to guarantee a perfect 1 shot kill
