A1: The piano puzzle can be solved if you know the notes on the piano and the staff. In the library, there is a book on piano notes as well as a Music Theory book that can help you learn the notes on a music staff. Then just tap the highlighted notes onto the corresponding keys on the piano.

A1: On the main staircase, the wood that has the letters, you have to rotate them until you form the word DIEGO

A2: Go up the stairs turn around move your mouse over the top of the stairs then click on the bottom of the stairs/ or do before previous action do the last letter then the third then the second then the first and then the fourth.

A1: First go to youre alarm clock in youre room and set the alarm for 12 oclock pm. Next u go down the stairs into the libarey and he is sitting at his desk untill 5 oclock.

A2: Set the clock to the right time . you will find the right time in the room where rose sits on thye counter.

Q: What are the notes you have to play on the piano to unlock whats on the top?

A1: You find the notes in the attic on the bandit treasure play. U have to see witch notes are marked and play those on the piano. if you don't know how, use the music books in the library. I was lucky with this one cause I'm a musician :D good luck

Q: What does it mean brown rail pedester that turns with letters?

A1: When you go the main staircase you see a pedester in front of you. click on it so that the camera centers on it then click on the bottem of the middle poles. then the camera will center on them then click on the poles so they spin.

Q: How do you turn the knob on the safe in the chineese room in the game Nancy Drew message in a haunted mansion?

A1: In order to turn the knob you have to go the edge of the knob on one side and a little rotating arrow should pop up. You click the mouse while it's the rotating arrow and it should turn.
