A1: Go be hide washington beach hospitol enter the dodo cheat and get in a car fly over the gate on to the boat ramp then jump on 1 of the 5 boats the drive the boat to the town over on the next island if you do it right it will say (geeting from vice city) go to the airport and drive to the east then look up and youll see a red light there will be a ladder then go up the ladder and youll see the piolice hellicopter get in it and you have your chopper

A2: Yes there is. All you have to do is put in the girls follow you code which is circle, x, L1(2), R2, x, x, circle, triangle and you'll have more than just one in the car! Just drive up to one and they will surely get in...
